Q: How soon can I get the set?
A: It usually takes a few hours for the card payment to clear then we send
off packages every weekday. Delivery is by EMS express mail which usually
means 3 to 4 days for Asia and a little longer for Europe and the Americas.
Just keep in mind that sometimes, very rarely though, customs can hold
up the packages for longer. If you need your Genki English right now then

Q: Can you deliver to my country?
A: If your country is in the list here then no problem!

Q: Do I need to pay any license fee or anything to use the songs in a class?
Even if students pay to join the class?
A: No. The fee to use the materials in your class is included in the price.
You don't need to pay any other fees.
Q: Can I copy the files for my students or a co-worker?
A: No. All the files are copyrighted and you may not pass them on to anyone
else. However you can make print outs of the mini-cards and worksheets
for your students. But not the songs nor software.
If your students would like to own the these, then if you buy the download
pack, you can also use the special Student CD Pack discount.
Q: Can I hear any of the songs before I buy them?
A: Yes, of course! Just click on any of the song titles further up this
page. Most of the songs have demo versions you can listen to online, as
well as lesson plans and lots of ideas on how to use them in class.
Q: Is this just for kids? What age group are these materials aimed at?
A: Originally they were designed for, and work best for, final year of
Kindergarten to 5th year of elementary school.
But many teachers have great success with children as young as 2, and even
junior high school, senior high school and adult students. In fact we're
now seeing many adults learning through Genki English because it's a lot
more fun than traditional textbooks!
Q: Can I use this to teach myself or my child at home?
A: Yes indeed! With the software there is a 3 step way of doing this.
Step 1 is to play the computer games to learn the English.
Step 2 is to sing the songs to help remember the English.
Step 3 is to print out minicards from the website to use the English with
family and friends!
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can either pay by "Paypal" or a credit or debit card.
We don't see your credit card details, everything is handled by CCNOW.com
Q: Which to go for, the Teacher's Set or the Teacher's Download pack?
A: If you're in Japan, I'd say go for the Teacher's Set, there's quite
a lot more in there and there's a good chance your school will pay for
it. If you're anywhere else in the world, I'd say go for the download pack, it's the fastest and simplest way to go e.g. no customs problems, no
waiting for the post to arrive etc. etc. You should be ready to go for
tomorrow's lessons!
