My Top Mother’s Day Recommendation

mothersdaypinterest

Martin just wrote in to ask on the forum about Mother’s Day ideas.

As my Mum celebrates her Mother’s Day in March (Hello Mum!) having it in May always throws me off!

But what is my top recommendation for Mother’s Day crafts, gifts, projects or ideas?

Pinterest!

If you haven’t checked it out yet, it is amazing for stuff like this (and the page keeps going on forever!)

Enjoy.

Be genki,

Richard

P.S. Β Be sure to check out and like the Genki English Pinterest pageΒ whilst you are over there!

P.P.S. Β If you have any favourite Pinterest crafts I’d love it if you could put the links up in the comments here. Β It would be so cool to get a list of the best ones!

Richard Graham

Hello, I'm Richard Graham. When I was a kid I found school to be sooooo boring... So I transformed my way of teaching. I listened to what the kids were really wanting to say and taught it in ways they really wanted to learn. The results were magical. Now I help teachers just like you teach amazing lessons and double your incomes!

Any suggestions for English with a Mother’s Day activity? Wish there was a Genki song for it.

That’s the thing I always struggle with these types of activity too, what language to use? If I have that then making a song is much more possible! πŸ™‚

Going with the gratitude side of things the best one I’ve heard so far is probably

    “I love my mum because …. ”

because… she’s always there for me, she takes care of me (oh, that rhymes! :)), she will bear with me.. Or to put it more simply – she’s the best!

Best wishes to your mum for Mother’s Day, Richard (better late than never!).
