Hello,

I’ve been putting up twice weekly videos on Instagram over the summer – do follow me over there if you want some regular inspiration,  and today’s video is about the biggest variable in teaching.

Is it the students’ age?  The materials? The focus on grammar or speaking? The location?  The length of lesson?   Nope, it’s none of those! 🙂

Plus I go through my “2 Step Plan” to be the best teacher in your town – you don’t have to be the best teacher right now, we just have to be a little bit better today than we were yesterday!
