Another Big New Christmas Song: Let’s Decorate the Christmas Tree!

I think this is it, the finale of vol. 12: Β Let’s Decorate the Christmas Tree!

A little higher level than yesterday’s Christmas Shapes song, it’s chock full of Christmassy words such as angels, holly, bells & Β mistletoe etc. Β  plus the very useful phrase “How about ….?” Β What do you think?

Plus Mini cards and A4 cards:

Plus as a popular request there is also the iPad/iPhone video!

And with that ladies & gentlemen, I think I’m done for the year! Β I’ll still be getting back to emails and the office will be open over Christmas (plus of course the digital downloads never rest!)

So when in January do you want me to start back blogging? (I’ve got a ton of new games from Mido and others!)

And what do you think of the new song? Β I hope you enjoy it!

Remember Dec 31st is when you have to download the songs by so get your orders in now!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Richard Graham

Hello, I'm Richard Graham. When I was a kid I found school to be sooooo boring... So I transformed my way of teaching. I listened to what the kids were really wanting to say and taught it in ways they really wanted to learn. The results were magical. Now I help teachers just like you teach amazing lessons and double your incomes!

OH, MY GOD! YOU ARE A GENIOUS!. I WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN THE SAME SCHOOL AS YOU DO. TODAY, YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT A SONG AND TOMORROW YOU HAVE IT.
THANK YOU, ALSO I CAN’T DOWNLOAD THEM. I USE INTERNET IN THE CLASSROOM TO SEE AND LISTEN THE NEW BECAUSE I HAVE THE TEACHERS SETS, BUT WHEN YOU INVENT SOMETHING NEW I LIKE TO TEACH THROUHG IT IN ORDER TO KNOW HOW MY STUDENTS FEEL, THEY FEEL GENKI.

    Richard,

I think I’ll use this song pretty much during the year. “How about…” is something I really wanted, and it is so simple that the kids don’t need any explanations.
I showed it today, without saying anything, and they translated the chorus right away, and after that naturally answered with “Yes” and “No”.

Take your rest, I would like to say however long you enjoy, but I know it will be lonely if it’s going to be too long.
But we all need a creative rest. And if you are on the blog to early it makes me start working early again.
So, don’t hurry, enjoy and celebrate, and have a wonderful start into the new year.

    Thanks for everything this year.

And thanks to everyone else who contributed so much, shared ideas, plans, scripts and games, helped out when I was really down so I was able to keep going.
You all rescued me so many times.

I was in a Samsung mobile shop and checked out this website on the ‘galaxy pad’ the front page youtube video didn’t appear. However, the flash video came up. I was able to watch the ‘let’s decorate the christmas tree’ video on it. Very cute!

Hi Santa, er Richard. Thanks very much. By the way, my group of 6 & 7 yr olds performed Shapes on the Christmas tree this afternoon. They’d never heard the song before today and had chance to practice it only 10 mins. before their parents came in to watch their Christmas performance. And I didn’t even have an internet connection – so they learned it purely with flash cards, mini cards and the song which I’d downloaded onto a CD.

The 3rd and 4th years performed GE Gingerbread man, among other GE songs and stories. Another hit. Thanks again.

You can be really proud of yourself.

    Merry Christmas to you all.

Did this today with a 4th year class – our very last Christmas lesson together ever. It blew them away. They had a ball.
