Are you too old or too young to teach?

If you’re looking for some conversation starters/ice breakers for more advanced classes then I post one up every morning on the Genki English Facebook page.

They definitely do lead to some interesting conversions and seeing how people often think differently πŸ™‚

One of the most popular ones this week has been about the age of teachers. I asked β€œCan a teacher ever be too old to teach?” and then β€œCan a teacher ever be too young to teach?” There were some very interesting answers!

Check out more every morning over on the Genki English Facebook Page πŸ™‚

Hello, I'm Richard Graham. When I was a kid I found school to be sooooo boring... So I transformed my way of teaching. I listened to what the kids were really wanting to say and taught it in ways they really wanted to learn. The results were magical. Now I help teachers just like you teach amazing lessons and double your incomes!

(Genki) Happiness is .. (in an Austrian kindergarten where I work) .. .
when my 4-6 year olds see me and begin singing
“Hello, how are you?” or out in the hall several kids are zooming down the hall in cars singing “My name is Mr Octopus”. Then one says to me, “I can sing it all alone”. That makes me feel so good.
