Although we’ve got a huge Europe tour coming up soon – with lots of amazing content – I think in Japan I’ve basically presented just about everything I have.
So this year I’m going to change things up and do something totally different.
Following the success of the School Owners Forum at the ETJ expo – and all the questions everyone had! – I’m going to max out all the top Start your own School business ideas and more into a full day business focussed workshop just for school owners. (Or those of you who want to start your own school.)
No singing. No dancing.
Just lots and lots of hard questions (and even I won’t know all the answers.)
You’ll walk out with your head buzzing with ideas and a crystal clear picture of exactly what to do to take your school to the next level.
Whether that’s to get to 120 students or a multi million dollar empire.
Unlike my huge workshops with hundreds of people, this will be deliberately kept as small as possible – ideally I’d like it to be less than a dozen!
P.P.S. Yes this is the only workshop in Japan this year. If you’re flying down the night before, give me a shout too, we’ll probably organise a quick dinner catch up if you like.
P.P.P.S. This workshop is aimed at open minded, positive thinking, great teachers who either have or want to have their own school or schools. If you work for a large chain organisation, you’ll probably find the ideas useful, but the main focus is on open minded, positive thinking teacher owned schools and solving all the business issues that come with it.
P.P.P.P.S. People have been asking about the language. I plan on doing it in English. And it will be hard, native business level English. I might translate some key points into Japanese, but I don’t want to have to do it all bilingually, we won’t have the time! 🙂 It’s going to be awesome.
