How do I get all the amazing new lessons/volumes? Do I need to re-buy the whole set again?
No worries, you don’t need to re-buy the whole Teachers Set 🙂 You just need to buy the volumes you don’t have yet and yes, we also have VIP discounts for you. 🙂 Plus you’ll also get upgraded versions of all your existing Genki English software and exclusive beta test access to the new Vol. 15 “Oh my!” songs and software which isn’t even officially released yet!

I already have all the updates until vol. 14 – how can I try the vol. 15 “Oh my!” beta test versions?
If you already have all the upgrades including “Ninja” vol. 14 (Little Red Riding Hood, Bremen Musicians etc.) and want to help us test the new vol. 15 lessons than you can check them all out here! Whilst they are in beta test mode they are free for you to help us test them with your students, give feedback etc. then once they are finalized & mastered they will become a paid for upgrade (with a VIP discount of course.)
Help, I’ve lost my CDs/downloads!
If you have previous CDs that you have lost then the easiest way is to use your VIP Discount Upgrades to add the latest volumes and your download will also include all your previous volumes, all upgraded with new graphics and sound and ready to go! Of course you will have your VIP discount and will only be paying for the volumes you haven’t purchased yet. Is that fair enough?
