“Mommy & Me” English classes – where moms/mums & babies join class together – have become hugely popular over the past few years & have lots of benefits for you as a teacher or school owner.
- They are a lot easier to teach – say goodbye to all those discipline problems!
- The babies are natural language learners so your main job is teaching the mums how learning works, the genki mindset, how to play and learn etc. etc.
- Mums are really looking for opportunities like this where they can do things outside the house with their children and both be stimulated and enjoy it. Which means it’s much easier to recruit through word of mouth.
- The classes can fill up empty morning slots in your schedule – helping pay for your school’s rent or adding a new income stream.
- Society needs it – multilingual kids & parents who know how to play are keen indicators for future success.
You can start from any age & have groups of up to 10 or more families in one class.
I know you’ve probably got a million & one questions about this, so I’ve just written up all the key “take aways” from the calls we’ve had about this over the past few weeks.
You can find them all the in Genki English Skool group & of course you can join in the weekly calls to ask more questions.
If you happen to be in Japan I also wrote a book for parents on how to teach English to their kids which might be useful for your Mommy & Me students:
– it’s currently available with my Kids English Picture Book Set on Mercari ( we only have a few of these sets left!)
& I’ll try to put some translations up in the Skool group !
If it sounds like something you’d be interested in, do give it a try, it can be a fantastic way to teach English!
Be genki,
Richard
P.S. Until the end of January, 2 months access to the Genki English Skool is included with the Genki Business Program!
Now with Easy To Pay installment plan!
