September in Japan
September is the time when school children head back to school after the
long Summer holidays. The heat of summer begins to give way to a more comfortable
Autumn climate.
September is often the time when schools and communities hold their "undoukais"
or sports days. Many hours are spent practising elaborate performances
as well as athletic events.
And it's also the time when you look up to the moon to see the rabbits
making rice cakes there. Oh yes, check out the video:
Enjoy!
