Preparation: You need a chalk board, Santa and his reindeer cutouts and
present cutouts. ( + playing cards for option 2)
1. Draw on the board two or more rows of terraced houses (semi detached
or detached if you have the time)
2. You need a cutout of Santa and his sleigh for each team
3. The idea is for Santa to deliver his presents to the homes on the street.
Option 1: Simply ask teams questions, first to answer moves from one house
to another dropping off toys as he goes. First to finish dropping off the
presents is the winner. Stick a cutout of a present on each house visited.
Option 2: Ask each group in turn a question. This can be the same or different
question. If they can answer correctly they then choose one playing card.
Ace, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 = move 1 house (the next house) and deliver your gift
6,7,8,9,10 = move 2 houses and bring your present to the boy or girl there
as well as eating their mince pies.
Jack, King, Queen = move 3 houses and drop off presents there.
Once all the Santa's have reached the end of the street count how many
presents were delivered. The Santa who delivered the most presents wins
as his street had the most good boys and girls.
