P.S.   Word of mouth is still by far the best way to get new students.  It’s how I started 30+ years ago and it’s what works best today.

P.P.P.S.   As I’m sure you’ve seen, be careful of the “gurus” out there!   ( Yesterday I was on a “webinar” (ahem, sales pitch) with a lady purporting to be a “business coach” for language teachers.  Oh dear. )
