Colour Superhero cards!

The colour superhero cards are now online, and they are looking very good, especially the new “cook” one!

There are also mini-cards and lots of comments on how teachers have been using the song in their classroom to great success.

You can also get a sneak preview of the animated versions of the cards over on the Superhero Lesson Plan Page.

Enjoy!

Excellent timing, again. I’ve scheduled this one in for next Monday’s lesson.

    Now…to work out the plan….

The cards look great and the animation is fantastic. This song has proved so popular with all of my students. It is a wonderful way to learn the phrase ‘I can …’ The children in my schools are all singing it in the corridors and flexing their super hero muscles. I cannot wait to show them the cards next week ( half term this week!!)

Thank you Richard for creating this theme and of course the new superhero Genki English Man!!!

    Hi Richard,

Just had my first try with these cards topic. Though I love this song, I didn’t expect the reaction to be as great as it was. The kids just were bubbling to think about there Superhero, and when I put on the song, their voices were really like heros and they were laughing all over.

    Anyway one request:(no, 2 requests!)
It would be great if the black and white cards would be the same as the color cards (especially the cook).
And the black and white cards have written the topic in only capital letters; so if I ask them to write a sentence of what they can do they write “I CAN jump” and get a bit confused.

    Thanks a lot.

That should be easy to do, I’ll fix the font problem as well!
