New Game: What am I drawing?

Today is a very simple, but very cool game from Mido.

You can either use it as a vocab review, or even to introduce today’s new vocab.

whatiamdrawinggame

1. Β The teacher very slowly starts drawing part of a picture on the board.

2. The kids shout out what they think it is, in English of course.

3. The first kid to shout out the correct answer gets to come to the front and draw the next one!

Very simple, but a fun way to get the kids guessing instead of waiting till everything is perfect!

What do you think? Do let us know in the comments!

P.S. There are more of Mido’s great games in theΒ VIP Games section.

Another variation of this game is called Drawing Pictures in the Air. Same idea except the teacher doesn’t draw on the whiteboard. The teacher picks up a pencil and draws a picture in the air. It really forces the kids to concentrate.
