Attention Skills for your Teenagers

Elizabeth just sent in this great link to the “.b” project, which is working wonders with teenagers and their attention spans.

Here are a couple of very cool techniques that you can use straight away, whether you have a class of 4 or 40!

    I always have my kindergarten children do something like this. Just have them close their eyes and breathe slowly.

    This is what meditation does for those who practice it! But this is just so simply put. Nice.

    The clapping also reminded me of power teaching techniques done to capture student attention.
