P.S. ย If you’re wondering where Day 19 is, ย that was a purely LIVE event on Facebook! ย Thank you for everyone who joined me live, it was pretty amazing ๐Ÿ™‚ ย  I do lives throughout the year, at different times of day so everyone gets a chance to join in, so keep an eye out for the next one. ย  And if you want to see all 20 Days of the Challenge, minus Day 19, before they are taken down, then you can check them out on the Facebook Challenge Page or Youtube Channel ( be sure to subscribe whilst you are there !)

Yeh, they talk about not worrying about things you can’t control. If you work in a school you can’t control the class size, so don’t stress about it all the time. Large classes are good for energy, but they certainly aren’t ideal for many other activities or for optimal learning. All I think you can do is work out what activities work best in large classes, and also have realistic expectations about what and how much kids can learn in a large class, or with whatever conditions you teach in.
