I just did a great podcast with Matt from Dream English.  ( If you don’t know who Matt is,  he has 2.6 Billion, yep that’s Billion with a B, views on Youtube and he is on TV screens in classrooms in almost every country I visit!)

We talked discipline, lesson planning and lots more.
