English Teaching Basics: The Food Chain Game!

This is a really quick speaking game you can use with any topic, but we’ll give it a try with the “Genki Food” lesson!

1. Put the kids in a circle.

2. Ask the first kid “What would you like?”

3. Then answer with “I’d like some …. ”

4. They ask the next kid “What would you like?”

5. They answer with “I’d like some … ” + the food the previous child said + a new food of their own!

6. Repeat from step 4 until you have a huge long chain of food to remember!
