I read a lot about goals and motivation.

But there’s very little out there on how to actually make money. Especially in the internet enabled world.

So, from experience doing several million dollars in sales ….

You make money when you have something that someone else wants that they can’t get cheaper or more conveniently elsewhere.

If something is already free online it is both cheaper and more convenient.

With geography it’s easier.

If you’re the only English teacher in town you get paid.

If you’re the most convenient English teacher in town you get paid more than anyone else.

If you do something that anyone else can do exactly the same but more cheaply, they’ll go there.

So it’s quite easy, what can you do that isn’t free online and what skills can you work on to make what you offer more convenient than anyone else?
