Ninja Turtles Colours Game

ninjaBarbara sent in this great game for colours, Β and is perfect with the new Ninja Turtles movie coming out soon!

1. Β The kids all put on different coloured “ninja” headbands.

2. Β Everyone also gets a bean bag.

3. Β The kids ask you a question that can be answered with a colour e.g. What’s your favourite colour?

4. Β You answer and the kids have to throw their beanbag *to* (not *at*!) Β someone who has this colour band on their head!

Just see what happens when someone forgets what colour they are and suddenly sees a barrage of beanbags coming their way! πŸ™‚

And of course don’t forget the Pirates with the Coloured Beards too!

OOOOH, this sounds great for Halloween! Hm, let me think how to get 60 bean bags?!?!?!

Sounds fun and at the same time chaos.

As an alternative you could just have one beanbag (or soft ball) and whoever is holding it can ask the question and throw it to the person with that colour. Of course, the colours are limited so the group couldn’t be too big, maybe the rest of the class could watch or do a different activity while, say, 10 students did the game.

Well my biggest class is 12 students on a good day πŸ˜‰
