Here’s another school, this time on New Zealand’s South Island. Β I didn’t get to check out the teaching at this school, but the facilities were very well presented and it looked a very nice place to study.
A great colour scheme can make all the difference to the atmosphere of a class, or a whole school!
Here’s the owner’s introduction (in English!)
And the all important student feedback (this time in Japanese!)
And here is the location -right by the beach in New Brighton, Christchurch!
I hope you found the videos useful or if you know anyone who’d like to study here, here are the details: γγ₯γΌγΈγΌγ©γ³γηε¦
These videos are amazing!!! One of the best things in this school is the colour of walls!!! It is very calm, bright, when you look at them, you think about sun and about different pleasant moments of life, such colours make studying more vivid, they increase the mood, so pupils could feel themselves more comfortable, even like at home. So. I think boys and girls are studying there with pleasure and their success in studies is on the high level!!!)))
There are also many windows at this school, so its classrooms are very light, it is very important for children’s eyes!
I really liked the location of the library))) because when you read or study, you get tired very quickly and here you just may look at the window of this library and enjoy the view, the water and sun will feel yuo with energy; and just in several minutes you will be able to continue your studying!!! )))
i wish all schools in the world could be of a such kind!!! ))))It would be great to create some organisation in the whole world, that will help to make school not so dark, but calmer and joy!!! )))
Richard, and what about the schools in Japan? Are they alike? And what mood do children have there while their lessons?
Hi Richard.
LOL, a lot of memeories there, as you know I am from NZ and I did my Trinity Cert. in TESOL there (Seafield)
Cheers
Christchurch is my hometown! We hosted Seafield students in our home – twenty years ago! All of our students liked the school very much. That’s when I started to think I would like to teach English.
