Where to start teaching English?

There is a lot of stuff out there and one of the most popular questions I’ve had this week is

“Just where do I start teaching English?”

So you’ve got two options here:

Option 1: Β Read through every single lesson plan, watch every single video, download every flashcard in every size and all the bonus material. Β  Then get totally confused.

Or …. the more sensible option πŸ™‚

Just start with lesson 1.

Read through the lesson 1 lesson plan and then ….

Stop.

& Teach the lesson! πŸ™‚

You’ll learn so much more by actually teaching it than you will by trying to read through every single lesson in the whole curriculum first.

There’s a lot there. Β It’s confusing. I know.

So take lesson 1. Β Teach it. Β Be amazed at how the students react.

Review what you learned then move on to lesson two.

That makes this whole thing really, really easy πŸ™‚

Good luck!

Be genki,

Richard
