Why School Teachers make such little Money in America. ( + Why you’re not a School Teacher)

We have teachers in Poland striking over pay. ย  And teachers in Ukraine, Serbia or Thailand making only a few hundred dollars per month.

Why is this? ย  Well, watch this video and see. ย  ย It’s by Seth Godin so you know it’s amazing. ย  And it’s 40 minutes, so grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!

Now you see why you’re not a school teacher?

Richard Graham

Hello, I'm Richard Graham. When I was a kid I found school to be sooooo boring... So I transformed my way of teaching. I listened to what the kids were really wanting to say and taught it in ways they really wanted to learn. The results were magical. Now I help teachers just like you teach amazing lessons and double your incomes!

The problem with teachers is not the money that they are paid example average salary in the US 44,564 while the average wage of a teacher is $45,622. In Thailand, the problem is not the salary of the teachers but the life education. Just as in the U.S. and western society teachers lack the skills to manage their funds. The more money teachers make the more debt they acquire. Teachers need to teach what is required and learn what it is the students really need.

Totally agree with you hear Brian! And it is one of those “taboo” topics that we’re never allowed to mention ( along with the idea that some teachers might be better than others!) We always run into it for example when we get the kids’ English to a high level the next issue is looking at getting them incomes and starting businesses. Personal development, confidence, finance & understanding how money really works (even simple things like “pay yourself first” etc.) is always a huge part of that but is something that gets such huge resistance, for obvious reasons of course.
