⚡️Here’s how to get started teaching English online.

With thousands of schools around the world in quarantine this week, lots of teachers have been asking me how to teach online.

Both from an academic (to keep the students learning going) and financial (so your family can still eat) point of view it’s pretty much a necessity for all teachers.

And if, heaven forbid, you got ill then a passive form of teaching income from courses etc. also allows your family to still have an income even if you couldn’t physically teach for a period of time.

You could start with the $22 per hour online schools, however it’s also really important to build up services that you control too.

This video is the first step to get that going.

This presentation I made in Russia last year and of course if you are in China etc. then change the social media channels to be the ones where your potential students spend their time.

Ninja Tip: Quarantine time is also the perfect time to master your local language skills. You might as well make the most of it!

If you want to take this further there is more in the Genki Business Course and there is the “Earn an extra $1000 per month teaching English” ebook course in the Teacher’s Set.

Good luck, stay safe and do let me know if you have any more questions!

P.S.  If you have already started teaching Genki English online and are having any logistic/teaching challenges with not being able to physically be with your students then do let me know.  We’re trying to figure out the best way to keep the education going for your students!
