I’d love to see some discipline videos. Margit has told me wonderful things about how you can get a shy student to speak. Never quite understood it, though.
Me too. I’d love to see some discipline videos as well. Since I run my own private school, its sometimes hard to find a balance for my kids lessons between not disciplining them enough and disciplining them too much. For example, you dont want to discipline a kid too much so that they dont want to study English anymore. When I was working at an elementary school in Japan, it was no problem because kids attendance is compulsory. But when you have your own school, its a bit more difficult to maintain. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!
