For Teachers in Ukraine πŸ’› πŸ’™

The Genki English Superhero has helped 1000s of children around the world to gain strength and confidence. Today, as is everyone around the world, he is Ukrainian.
Bring on your biggest superhero poses and bring strength to your students and fellow teachers!

You can check out the Youtube video aboveΒ orΒ on Facebook. Β

There is also the interactive Genki software with digital flashcards & game

And there areΒ pdf A4 Flashcards:

And here is a little inspiration on how to use the gestures from our students in Japan …

Stay strong for the kids and let me know what else you need!

Be genki,

Richard

P.S. Β If anyone wants to know why I’m doing this, Β this is my own family’s story of getting out of Ukraine.

P.P.S. From the song we thought about taking out “hide” as Ukrainians are not hiding! But …. my daughter’s younger friends are finding it hard sleeping in the bomb shelters. They want to play in their playgrounds above ground. Obviously these are too dangerous. Β So …. showing them that for kids hiding away out of sight so the adults can do their work is being a superhero too!! Β Β Let me know what else you need!

P.P.P.S. Summer Update: Β And it’s not just the Genki Superhero, *everybody* is with you – Baby Monkey too! πŸ™‚

A4 Flashcards

Pdf Mini cards!

To go with the Baby Monkey Summer Clothes lesson!Β

Thanks for supporting us in Ukraine.
We’re fighting for freedom and our land.
The spirit of Ukrainians is unbelievable.
I’m from Zaporizhzhia and I’m volunteering every day .
Today expect people from Mariupol, hope they’ll be safe and sound on their way.
Buy food and goods for them, prepare safe place to stay.
