Kids enjoying the Superclass in the Czech Republic – yep, it even works in primary schools too!
Lots of teachers have been telling me the key to the “Superclass” homework program, i.e. to getting all the really amazing results and the effortless teaching, Β is to make it compulsory for every kid to have it at home.
Rather than arguing with parents or fretting about different levels, Β you just make it a part of your course with a one off fee at the beginning. Β Simple. Β Everything works.
So then everyone says to me “Why don’t you just make it compulsory for every Genki English teacher too?” Β and to be honest when we’re looking at the big picture of things, Β on the big impact I want to make in the world, that is something I do have to look at. Β Because all the things you’re worrying about now…. the homework program takes all those away.
And as I always tell you to do, Β it’s all baby steps, Β so I’m going to start by increasing the minimum order for the Homework Program from 4 to 8 students. Β That’s one whole class for most people.
That gives you all an incentive to get at least 8 students in one class AND it means you have one full class where everyone is using the Homework Program so you can start seeing the magical results. Β Then of course it will spread to the other classes.
Plus of course that also gives you exactly $1000 extra income this year. Β
Which I’m sure for most teachers will come in handy.
