🌈 “The Rainbow Maypole” 💈
=======================
In a cheerful village, May Day was near.
Lily, Sam, and their friends gathered around the Maypole.
They wanted to dance.
But they saw something strange.
The ribbons were all white!
The colors had disappeared!
They searched high and low for the missing colors.
They looked in the park.
They looked in the school.
They looked in the market, the library, and even the pool.
But they couldn’t find the colors anywhere.
Then, Sam had a brilliant idea!
Lily and the others loved it too.
They found red gloves.
They found orange socks.
They found yellow flowers, green leaves, and a big blue box.
They put the found items onto the ribbons.
Before their eyes was a Rainbow Maypole!
The children clapped and cheered.
They held the rainbow ribbons and danced together.
This was the most colorful May Day ever!
