Wow – that was pretty cool!

UPDATE:  This LIVE has now finished.  Thank you to everyone who joined us!   We don’t keep recordings – you have to watch LIVE! – but head over to the Genki English Facebook page to see when the next session is online.

Facebook Live May 23rd

Despite me sending out the wrong link to everyone (sorry about that!)  the LIVE Facebook Q&A session went amazingly well.   We’ve had over 1,000 viewing, over 100 comments and questions and a “reach” on Facebook of over 50,000.   Which is, to be honest, quite crazy!

Thank you so much to everyone for such amazing questions.

Some of things we covered were:

  • How to deal with parents.  (And my secret tip 🙂 )
  • How to make the kids like you more
  • How to get a Genki English workshop in France/your country.
  • Should the kids understand everything before moving on to the next lesson?
  • How to get public elementary schools on board with what you are doing
  • What to do with kids who don’t want to learn and are just being pushed to lessons by parents
  • How to make your own children interested in English
  • Is Facebook or Instagram better for marketing your school?

And in fact there were so many questions I think I accidentally promised everyone a follow up session ….

So, I’m going to do that this coming Monday, May 23rd, again Live from the UK.   12:30 UK Time, 13:30 Paris, 14:30 Moscow.

UPDATE:  This LIVE has now finished.  Thank you to everyone who joined us!   We don’t keep recordings – you have to watch LIVE! – but head over to the Genki English Facebook page to see when the next session is online.

My schedule is a little crazy after that so this might be the last chance we’ll get to be live together for a while, so be sure to like the Genki English Facebook page ( so Facebook will tell you when we start!) and join me on Monday with all your questions!

It is amazing for me to hear all your amazing thoughts, questions, comments, likes and hearts.   And you know what, quite a few teachers have written in to say they are going to do the same for the parents of their students too!

See you Monday,

Be genki,

Richard

P.S.  I just had another look through all the questions from last time.  I realized there were so many I didn’t even get through them all.   I will try this time,  and probably asking them Live whilst I’m talking is the best way to get them to the top of my screen so I can answer them.   Hopefully I’ll get to your question too – remember to like over at the  Genki English Facebook page.
