It’s amazing how much email builds up after only a couple of days. I also wrote the Japanese newsletter and my newspaper column, the final one of the year! There’s also a problem with the autoresponders for the orders. The latest thing is viruses hitting them with fake return addresses, which then triggers an order confirmation email to someone who has probably never been anywhere near the site! Not very good, and as most people don’t know how viruses work, it’s not very good PR for the company. This is something I have to fix, but it looks like it maybe another expensive route all down to the spam mail explosion!
