Many people think “motivation” is about geography ( “The people in my country/area/town just aren’t motivated compared with ……” ) or economics ( “My students are too poor/rich to be motivated compared with ….. “)

As you’ve probably guessed, that’s not really the case. 🙂

It’s all about how you, as the teacher or school owner, satisfy their Six Human Needs.

I just finished filming a new video module walking you through them.  It will be part of my new, rather expensive, training course,
