if you’re teaching younger ones, Lucky has just put up a great post with three of her top ideas for getting the little angels under control.
The first is her “star chart” which is great for classes you see regularly.
And the second is her very innovating “behaviour meter” – she asked me permission to use the Baby Monkey pictures, which of course I gave for such a cool idea!
Do let me know if you decide to try and of these out, and of course all my Ninja Behaviour Management tricks you can find here!
Be genki,
Richard
P.S. Β This month’s blog comment competition is coming to an end soon, Β make as many comments as you can on the blog and you could win a Genki English CD download of your choice, Β vol. 13? Β Advanced Genki English? Β Maybe Genki Relax?Β You get to choose! π
I like the way Miss Lucky organised the whole room! Can imagine how comfortable it is to be in such a nice place even for the adult, not to mention the little ones! For me-I’m a little bit scared to teach them-I didn’t have the chance so far.So, she is very brave(to me):)
Thanks for this idea, and all the others. I really like how active and innovative the teaching techniques and ideas are here.
Those are some great ideas, especially the behavior meter. Thanks for introducing the site!
I’ll have to get yours introduced too, Mark! π
I just love it. Behaviourism, in the good sense, can do a lot for our students!!
