So you know that thing that you wanted to get done this year, maybe it was getting fit, finally getting the business side of your school sorted or indeed to get your own English level up to where it “should” be, well you might have started the year with a resolution to get it done.
And I have a feeling maybe the resolution didn’t last too long 🙂
And the reason it didn’t work?
Because you chose the wrong date to start!!
January 1st sounds great for resolutions, but just think how many people start off and then lose interest after just a few days or weeks.
The reason is that it’s such a looonnngg way to the end of the year that you think “meh, I can do it later!”
And then we get to November and it’s still not done!
So what’s the very best time of year to actually get that thing done?
Well, it’s November 23rd!!!
Yep, nearly all the things you want to get achieved in life, whether that’s health, finances, family or skills, is all down to habits. And to change habits you need 30 days. ( Well, you could do it in 21 days, but 30 gives you the right amount of extra leeway!)
So if you start today, November 23, and do 30 days you not only finally get that thing done – so you can say “Wow, I really did achieve something amazing this year!” – but you’ll also finish on December 22nd, just in time for Christmas so you can chill, relax and enjoy the holidays knowing you really did something incredible with this year.
Christmas is crazy as it is so it’s easy to add in a goal to make you feel like you are really achieving something.
And even if you have done a lot already, imagine what you could achieve in a final 30 Day Challenge to finish off the year??
I can certainly help with the getting your school launched, or indeed getting your school full of high paying students, or with improving your own English (if you’re advanced or intermediate) and for health and fitness there are lots of great courses out there, or indeed pop down to your gym, just imagine having your dream body and dream finances in place in time for Christmas.
Now wouldn’t that be an awesome Christmas present to everyone!!
Good luck!
Be genki,
Richard
P.S. Entry to the Advanced English challenge closes at midnight today! ( November 22nd!)
