How to start your first ESL / English class?

    Thanks,its really an insight to know that as a teacher the first 2 minutes are important and i do agree with you on the psychological aspect using the eye technique to view the the class and know the shy ones and the bad ,getting them to say hello in a real fun and energetic way is great!!!!!!!!
