Make your TV into a digital whiteboard (for $40!)

I’ve blogged about how you can use a $40 Wii remote control to make any projector into a digital whiteboard. ย But did you know you can also do it with any normal TV? ย Instructions are on Johnny Chung’s Site. ย You can just click on the TV screen!

Here we’re using it with some Japanese teachers using GenkiKorean.com to learn Korean. ย But of course you can use it with the main Genki English Download Pack for teaching English.

Just look at how enthralled the teachers are. ย If you already speak English you might think the Download Pack games are too easy, but when you don’t know the language being taught they just suck you in like an addictive game of Angry Birds!

Here’s the video:

HI Richard, this is just what I’ve been hoping for BUT couldn’t find anything about the TV on that site.

    Hi Kerry,

Just do what he says on his site, but instead of plugging the computer into a projector, just plug it into the TV!

Here’s a video where you can see how to do that:

    Does that help?

Thank you Richard! I found a plethora of videos explaining what to do. Now I have to see if I can do it on the old TV that we have here. ๐Ÿ™‚
