What’s your transformation?

brocman

One of the biggest things we’ve seen with teachers this week is the transformation they bring about in their students.

No one really cares what diet or exercise program they teach, Β the students just want that transformation from the body they have now to something healthier and better for them.

You start as Clark Kent and end up as Superman.

And it’s just the same with your courses.

No one really cares what grammar or vocab you teach, it’s who do they start out as and who do they end up as?

So let me ask you:

What is the transformation that you bring about in your students’ lives?

Answer that one question (try it in the comments) and you will be a far better teacher than you were yesterday.

A transformation from a person who thinks they just teach, to someone who knows they transform people’s lives.

Be genki,

Richard

The first thing I noticed in my students is the big grin they have when they leave the lesson. They seem really happy as they see themselves improving not only with their English skills but also in their confidence in a really short amount of time. Some are even going to apply for a promotion, confident in their recently acquired new skills.

I experience shy kids who are afraid to say a word in English suddenly turn into eager learners and participants. Their positive approach and the “I can do it” attitude gives kids confidence. And if they are confident, they will speak.
