We just took 3 days off by the seaside which was very nice!

So whilst it’s really important to take time off (and throughout the year!)  it can be a big mistake for English teachers to take the whole summer off.

“Why is that?” I hear you cry 🙂

It’s because these days the kids are learning more in the summer holidays than during term time.

They’re online and they’re looking for new English teachers right now.

Don’t believe me?

Well on Monday we just had one Genki English lesson do 1,000,000 views in one day!   To put that in perspective, that’s 5,000 hours of video lessons watched!

These students are all looking to learn and come September their parents will be looking for great English teachers to keep them learning at the pace they’re now used to.

So if you’re on the beach all summer, you’re going to miss out.

So get the few days of refreshment you need, make lots of amazing memories with your family and then let’s get you a full roster of new students for September.   Now’s the time!
