Think like a kid ….

One of the most important rules I teach in workshops is “Think like a kid”

If you were a kid sitting in this class, how & what would you love to learn?

It’s a really simple questions but it can have a HUGE impact on the results, and enjoyment, you get from the job!

Be genki,

Richard

P.S. Β And of course it doesn’t just apply to kids, Β if you’re teaching teens or adults or grannies, then ask yourself, or even better ask them, how and what they’d love to learn!

P.P.S. Β Also remember that kids & parents don’t want teachers that make excuses (exams, textbook, bosses etc.), Β they want teachers like you who truly make a difference!
