Chiangmai Song Videos

Announcement: Thanks to everyone who came to the Bangkok Meetup the other day, it was so good to see so many fantastic people using Genki English! ย Sorry I didn’t get chance to chat to everyone too much but it was great to see you all!

======================================================

Ok, back to today’s post …..

I was probably a bit tough on Ubon last weekย ย as on day 2 they were actually really, really good.

And in Chiangmai they were terrible the first day ๐Ÿ™‚ , but got better the second day.

Here are a few videos from day one, you can see it took a *lot* of effort to get them motivated but hopefully you might find a few ideas!

First is the When is your birthday? song, simply stand up when it is your birthday.

Then “How old are you?” ย which they did pretty well with the jumps and fingers!

Usually though I wouldn’t expect me to still be putting so much energy into it at this stage… it wasn’t until day 2 that they becameย independentย and could do it on their own!

What did you think of the videos, does it help to see the songs like this?

Do let me know in the comments!

P.S. ย The winner of last month’s comment competition was …..ย France Rainville.ย ย Congratulations! ย To win a Genki English CD of your choice this month, just make lots of comments on the blog and yours might be the winner that comes up randomly next month! ย The more you comment, the more chance you have to win! ย  (Older posts are fine too, it’s the comment date that we use.)

P.P.S. ย Thanks to everyone who wrote in about Beijing/Shanghai. ย I’m still trying to sort everything out (I’ve been a little busy as you can see above!) but I will get back to you when I know more details! ๐Ÿ™‚
