I originally wrote this message on Monday, but now we have comments enabled I figured it would be great to hear your top 3 most fun lessons as well.Β  They don’t just have to be Genki English, feel free to link to other materials if you like!

To start things off, here are my top 3 most fun lessons of the moment!

1) I like animals with the Dinosaur Danger Game
2) Numbers 1 to 11 then Numbers 13 to 20 with Number Golf
3) Genki Disco Warm Up (wiggle your toes extended mix!)

Have a try in your classes, kids love them!

And if you’ve got your own top three, I’d love to hear them, please write them up in the comments below!

I'm on a mission to make education Genkiβ€”fun, exciting, and full of life! Genki English has now been researched by Harvard University and licensed by the British Council around the world. The results have been magical! Now I'm here to help you teach amazing lessons, with all the materials prepared for you, and to double your teaching income so you can sustainably help many more students in the future!

Cool look! Much more friendly! Everything is cool back on Okinawa! Weather is beginning to let up. I hope that maybe you can come for a visit and do s mini-BootCamp again! My favorite 3 are

    1. Bugs (Okinawan kids love them – yuk!)
    2. Genki Disco warm-up! (I uses it all the time to get the juices flowing.)

    and last but not least
    3. Under the Sea (kids just love the ocean here on Okinawa!) Actually, there are many more that I enjoy as well but you only asked for three! BOO! Stay Genki!

I’m excited to teach Eat! Drink! Dance! to my first graders this year. They love the song, motions and STOP count down!

Disco Warm up with face parts always gets lots of giggles! I play the original song a couple of times and then surprise them with the face version.

By the third listen to Mr. Octopus, my class of 30+ 2-4 year old kids were enthusiastically counting 1 to 8–without prompting! We do lots of movements and gestures. I hide behind my desk and come up as the music and Octopus come in during the song. Now the kids request the song!
