Menu Games: Breakfast & Drinks

I just tweeted about a new Breakfast Menu Game to go with theΒ “What would you like for breakfast?” lesson

It’s dead easy to use:

1. Print out the menu below (VIP members) or put the pdf on the projector

2. Everyone shouts out “What would you like for breakfast?”

3. One person makes an order with “I’d like …. + …. + ….”

4. Quickest person to shout out the price wins and gets to order next!

Dead simple but it makes a great simple addition to the other breakfast games such as Buying/Selling or Bad Fruit!

There’s also another sheet like this for the Drinks Lesson.

What do you think? Do you like using these quick 10 minute style games?

I like these sheets a lot, as they include math skills, lots of talking, and many more things to really think about.

    Thanks!

Yeah, I like this a lot. Like Margit says, it uses maths, which I often find encourages kids (usually boys!) who are too reluctant to speak English but confident enough in their maths skills to shout out.

    Thanks!
